ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!! my car has been turned into a grocery getter! (evil) I guess since september 2003 when i went away to do my specialist in GIS, i don't drive it that much, except for essentials. I put less than 15,000km in the past year, which is mostly just highway driving back and forth from my skool. i went grocery shopping today cuz i have NO food left in my house. :( i bought so much stuff, but i'm glad i have a P5 cuz there's so much room in the back (even with my sub and amps). :D

what do you guys haul around back there? in the winter i usually haul skis and snowboards and other winter gear. looking for a rack though... (hi)

Laundry definitely, always have car care stuff (bulbs, coolant, windsheild wiper fluid, etc), currently have foldy chairs, had misc car parts, roof rack, etc., vacuum cleaner....

Stuff I just leave in trunk:
Summer - b-ball, soccer ball, tennis rackets/balls, boomerangs
Winter - ski boots, gloves, ice scraper
always - comforter, blanket, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, air compressor, roll of paper towels, bongos, jumper cables

Things hauled on occasion:
-Ski stuff, drumset (kick in trunk), guitar(s), fouton (frame and mattress), backpacking gear

Heh I'm taking my roof rack off. My g/f keeps saying my car looks like a grocery getter wagon, but when she saw one without the rack it looked more sporty in her eyes.

Woman logic, go figure.

Interestingly enough, my "race car" is a sedan!

thats hilarious. you never know when yo're going to need them.

i usually dont have anything in my car except for my gym bag. ive never put any groceries in there because we always take my wifes car (civic) to the grocery store. i dont have room for groceries because of my sub/amp.

A hot biotch, what else do you need to haul?

I also haul stuff to go to the apartment and so far the biggest thing has been a table that just barely made it.

Permanent things I haul: windshield shade, ice scraper (never felt like taking it out), and of course, stich!

I didn't get the RR's on my car cuz I heard about the complaints w/noise and it does look much more sporty. Although I like the look of the removed RR's the best (with the plastic covers)

P.S. Jose this is about the 7th post in an hour. That good enough for y00? :-P

oh yeah, as a daily driver, i haul nuthing in the back... just a sub and amps. i don't like dead weight in the car and i hate it when you're making turns and stuff is flying around in the hatch.

will be carrying craploads of stuff for college including tv, microwave, and other necesities for college

Bungee net will take care of that problem...The one for the Mazda Tribute works just fine. Apparently they didn't make a specific one for the P5. I also got the cargo tray so that I don't ruin my interior with leaky grocery bags (hey, we've all gotta eat, you know).

P5's greeeeeeat for banana long boxes from IKEA!

Well, I guess people around here will roll their eyes, but I have a stroller in the back of mine... heh. :)

At least once a month I haul a full drum kit a couple guitars and amp equipment. But usually nothing.

I try and keep my back totally clean of anything for normal driving. I throw my backpack and laptop back there for school... sometimes 2 or 3 sets of backpacs and laptops. I still try and keep the whole cabin free of loose stuff just in case a certain corner suddenly inspires me... :D
