My Black Evo X

I still like the 8 and 9 over the X but would take all of them over the ms3 in a heartbeat. They are so overpriced though. Congrats on the car mang.

Sorry buddy, but i have to disagree with you, the Mitsubishi engines are better engineered than Mazdas. and Mitsubishis engines can make really insane amount of power were most likely a Mazda engine cannot. anyways you are comparing 2 different cars in technology and price range, def the EVO its hundreds of time better than the MS3 or MS6 !!!

Or I could not waste my time with another FWD performance car since my MP3 will outrun the speed3.

I'm done with FWD.

If I wanted to drive a fast FWD car, I'd walk outside and hop into my MP3.

No offense, but do you know what you're talking about? First of all, no one buys an evo and keeps it stock. The evo X is already making 350whp with bolt ons. It actually gets TRACTION (unlike a high power FWD car), and it will outhandle an MS3, and look better while doing it. And MOST importantly, the platform has a LOT of support and lightyears more potential than a speed 3.

I'm running an MP3 that will probably smoke almost every speed 3 on this board, and will beat the evo X in a drag race as well. And as fun as it is to drive, I have to baby it until 3rd gear since I can't hook up. In all honesty, a speed 3 would be a complete waste of my time. I could supe it up and probably make more power than I do out of my MP3...which already has more power than it can use anyway.

My goal here is to outdo what I've already got, and the MS3 just won't do that very easily.

those are good points man, I was just saying out of the box perfromance is basically the same , if you can affiord it and you like it rock on brotha!!
 
Dino still has his MP3-T that's probably up around 350whp!

So he didn't trade off for AWD! It's going to take some time to be faster than the MP3 which will put a whoopin on 99% of the cars on the street!

He just has to decide which car to drive to match his clothing to for the day!

and it 4whd it runs a 100mph in the quarter just like the speed3 yet u say its 100times better..

Again, stock vs potential are two entirely different things. I could really care less about the stock times in the evo. I DO care about how much potential the car has and how far I can go with it.

Which is a good thing. LS1 motors are aluminum and make up to 600hp in stock form. What's your point?

I would buy a speed spen 5k in mods and save $8,000!

Me, I'm getting the $35K car and probably doing $15K in mods.

I can Understand you, you own A Speed3, what else you are going to say.. i respect your opinion but that doesn't mean you are right !!, Mitsubishi cars are and always being in another level than Mazda in the Japanese Manufacture, not to mention HONDA is in first Place Next to Toyota, where their cars truly last for ever !!!

these is my personal opinion.

1st. Honda/Acura
2nd. Mitsubishi
3rd. Toyota
4th. Mazda
5th. Nissan

Full red dots on consumer reports is NORMAL for a brand new car...it's not old enough to have a million things go wrong with it yet.

You can love your MZR motor all day long, and I'll admit it's a good motor, but the 4B11T makes more power and responds better to mods than the MZR does.
