I must say that Jamie still has some of the best customer service in the business. Possibly this is an isolated event with a few of us.

Wow, that is incredibly troubling as we go guarantee our products for fittment and quality. And most certainly I dont expect you to put up with a product that fits as you have mentioned!
I am really afraid that you have just received a bad copy of the lip because I have many other emails complementing on the fittment.
Before we go any further, please allow me to send you another lip. I am guessing the front grill was a success as you did not mention that so that should not be a problem.
Like I said, I am pretty certain that this is an ubnormal piece as I dont receive many, if any negative feedback in regards to fittment on any of the aerodynamics that we send out. I am certain that this lip must have been pulled wrongly from the mold to be so poorly out of shape.
All fiberglass will need a little bit of sanding and heating to fit nice and snug but 2 inches I agree is inacceptible.
So please, before we go any further, allow me to send you out another lip. This new one I am sure you will be much more satisified with and if this fittment is as poor as you say, you can just keep it and try to sell it locally as is.
Please get back to me at your convenience, and I will most certainly do whatever needs to be done to show you that I do appreciate your business.

To be honest, I'm not sure if he's lying or not, but according to the stamp that was on Nate's grille, it says "Qualified" or kinda like Custome Stamp that says "Inspected." If he stated that he lip and grille are replicate locally here, why would Chinese custom stamp be on there?
Jamie wants to send me another lip to prove his fitament is 100%. Just want to remind everyone that every company has had problems, even if i am kinda still upset. If the lip fits and Amie still wants to send me her product, i will sell my 2Loww one for shipping only. I want to be a good voice for BOTH companies, so i hope BOTH fit so we can ALL be happy and EVEYRONE can be satisfied with their products.

and yes, once fiberglass has cured you can heat it all you want. but if you try "bending" it onto your front end it will end up cracking.

good to see jamie coming back like i know he will, and maybe if nateys is that bad and the new one fits maybe natey can have the DGM one. I dunno i would really like to see everyone come out on top for this one. And molds is not properly taken care of do go bad and simple thats wht could of happened.

Let me think about this guys......... Please understand that this lip was intended for Matt, not to replace the faulty lips that Jamie sent out to his customers... (That's his job) As I hope and am under the impression that he will be taking care of the situtation........ I would prefer that the lip I send to Matt not be given away or raffled off.... Or it defeats the point of me sending it to him....... Matt and I, well most of you know...lol This was my way of making things right, I hate to have an unhappy customer........ I hope you all understand.. Thank you..

Actually, I ordered something from DG and the quality was definatly pretty nice. I cant speak for 2Loww, but a friend of mine locally ordered a grill a while back and said it was pretty good, but hadn't installed it yet.
