My aftermarket sunroof **PICS**

i was hearing some bad things about the sunroof that came with the car (leaks etc) but i still wanted to get it. but when i saw it i thought it was kinda small, so i got my car without one (sunroof). oh and i dont really like 6 disc in dash cd players (im kinda simple, i dont like the whole wait, load thing). anyway so i went with a aftermarket sunroof. i trust the ppl who did mine, they did my last car (99 honda accord) it looked like stock, and when i went to get rid of the car, it was pretty much the ONLY thing that didnt raddle lol. well anyway here are the pics:

oh and i also have a lifetime warr. that covers cracks, raddles, leaks and anything they affect. also free maintance every year till i die.

I have no idea what the stock moonroof looks like and the size, but looks like they did a good job. I was thinking that you'd go all out and go back into the back area.

I'd like to get one for the back passengers, that'd be nice - even though I rarely have people back there

s*** lol. like 1000$ but i figure that its a damn hole in my roof and thats the last thing i should skimp out on. i could have gotten it for maybe alittle cheaper, but i wanted the extra warranty, one touch controls, and it to auto shut when i turn off the car, those all costed extra.

I'm surprised by the install, it is VERY clean and looks like what a stock one would look like

wow, nice. Infact, i will be having one installed in our new Mazda6 Wagon we just bought. Glad to see it's of good quality. Don't really like the black switches, but thats minor.

Also got an MPV and then back on wed for my 3s

Actually, looking at the reference points (visors, "oh s***" handles and dome light) it looks to be about the same size as the stock moonroof.

Don't get me wrong, it looks like a first rate install and has the auto close feature (which I wish the stock one did), but it doesn't appear to be much larger then the stock moonroof.

to me it looks like it extends farther back towards the back seat. if i remember right mine isn't all the way back to the pillar like this one looks. the dome light looks like it has shifted farther back too. ha ha, now I want to run out to my car to go look and compare to see if I remember things right.

anyway though i think it looks great.

so what are the dimensions exactly and how much did it run?
