Mushroom Vs Cone

Whats the difference between the mushroom adn cone type filters? would would be better for my MS3???

pretty much just personal preference in terms of what look you like better. I would say it matters a lot more more what brand of filter you choose over the style.

in all reality on a turbo car it doesnt matter as much between the two...on a n/a car there might be a noticeable difference but on a turbo car the difference would be miniscule (it is still there, yes, but not as prevalent and is already tiny to begin with)

Thanks, It seems, from what i have been reading this morning that the mushroom type is prone to disintegrating and the foam ending up in your turbo.... CONE FTW then!

that would be in the bad mushroom filters

the quality ones shouldnt do that (like HKS and GReddy...not sure if K&N makes one but that would be quality as well)
