is it in any way bad to keep your mud flaps on during winter. my friend with an eve says he is because they may warp. I'm on the fence with this because shouldn't snow be something mud flaps are made to withstand

(shrug)

I'm not entirely sure how much snow they are made to withstand, but in any case I'd say definitely leave your flaps on for the winter. All the salt and other debris on the road in winter (that could seriously mess with your paint) will be minimized greatly with mudflaps on. I'm sure that as long as they are mounted well, they will stay on with no problem and withstand as much snow as you could drive in.

alright yeah i called to be safe and they said as long as they are the UR flaps and not the basic plastic ones they should be kept on. the basic rally armor flaps with black logo warp and even say, "for seasonal use"

UR mud flaps will do wonders for saving your fenders in the winter. Here, salt and rocks are used when roads get bad. My Ur flaps have been through one harsh winter and they are like new.
