i posted this thread on another forum and i figured why let the work go to waste. i think i posted most of these but.. oh well.

sooo I'm at school [UNLV] and my class got cancelled, so my next class isnt for another hour and a half. Soo I figured I'd entertain myself and you all by posting many pictures of my car, because well, i love my car lots. haha so yeah... let me know what you guys think :]

Can someone give a photoshop retard like myself a quick how-to on those "double exposure" pics like the 2 above?

Setup a tripod in front of your car, setup the shot the way you like it (good angle, lighting, etc.) and then take two pictures with that exact setup - one with the hood closed and another with the hood open.
Now, put both pictures on separate layers in Photoshop and set the transparency for the top-most layer to 50% or so and start erasing everything that is a duplicate and anything that conflicts (like the hood itself).

You can vignette the "X-Ray" parts in a lot of creative ways. Just play around.
