MSP 3.5
(I hit the Dyno with this mods:)

GT28rs
Vibrant Exhaust with delete cat
Perrin FMI with open HKS BOV
Walbro fuel pump
All 4 motor mounts
SRI with AEM dryflow filter
A/F SplitSecond with the Super Stock map

(Now this were the things that were bad at the time:)

Hitting fuel cuts at 6K RPM
Leaks from the connection on the turbo & mani and crack mani
Valve cover leaking a little of oil
The splitsecond unpropertly tune for my setup
and pretty hot day.

(This are my #s:) in Dyno jet, might be a little off

The first 2 passes i was at 7psi and made 208WHP and 207torque

The last was at 10psi and made 240WHP and 233torque

The reason for this Dyno was to see my power with all this problems so when i fix the problems and upgrade other things i can see if it makes a big difference.

Now this will be the upgrades:

Haltech E6X
Bigger injectors
3" down pipe
Better intake manifold or stock ported
new Stock turbo mani ported
15psi
CAI

Than i will hit the Dyno again.

Great numbers to start from with something other than the stock toothpick rods! I had about 250whp with stock motor but with the security of a j&s safeguard.

well i hope the motor can take close to 300WHP. b/c after i do the other mods and find out the hp i will than consider staying like that for a while untill the motor gives up and i have to built it.

heres something:

Respectable numbers. Can't wait to see what you put down after addressing your problems and the additional mods. Keep us posted. I hope to be dynoing my set-up soon.

Nice just saw this... Great power with low boost. You should see higher yield once you got rid of those issues. Crack in manifold etc. All about the tune too.

To be honest man your engine may blow after just a couple pulls at 15 PSI. Specially with that bigger turbo. Not meaning it may hold up longer but your chances of it lasting drop drastically.

Im also going to be tune with race gas at 14or15psi and 93 at 8psi for regular driving. The race gas is like openning the door of a whole different world, lower temps and other things like help with detonaton. And 15psi will be run like maybe 1 day out of 2weeks, or less

Still doesn't mean you are risking it. Race gas is not gonna make the rods any stronger. They are the weak link, they may break regardless.

This ole' Swammi See broken , Bent Rods in your Future...and a Holy....Hmmm....Holey ...Block.

All depends on how deep your pockets are and how soon you want to extract the engine to replace the damaged parts. All the race gas and tuning won't help you when your effective compression ratio becomes 17.76:1 (14psi) and 18.38:1(15psi) on a motor engineered for normal aspiration.

I think i ask b-c im no planning on blowing the motor. I want the motor to last me another 2years or so.

Its not gonna at the power you are throwing at it now...Let alone if you keep on going.

you wana know whats funny 505zoom ran 15 psi for the longest time until he sold his extra injector setup. Still no boom from him

This bit made me shake my head...sorry.

You got a list of problems...so you deside to slap your car on a Dyno?!
