I had the guys at Midas try to compress the piston (while I was standing right there) with a big set of pliers and it didn't budge.
This is the second front caliper (not sure if its the same side) and also had a rear one replaced not too long ago.
I have CS SS brake lines all around and non-ABS.
Not sure about the fluid, valve or master cyl. but I will get the system flushed out.
How would I test the proportioning valve or master cyl?
I do live where there is a lot of salt and sand, maybe thats a factor?
I will get some good pics once I get the replacement installed.
I am seriously considering moving up to the Wilwood DynaPros.
Tekkie sent me a CAD drawing file of an adapter bracket.
I spoke with FASTBRAKES who Wilwood recommended. I would have to get a nice sized group together to make it happen, but it would be a nice upgrade and cost half the BBK (maybe $800-900).
