MSP suspensionn parts swap onto P5?

So, I got smokin' deal on stock MSP springs and sway bars. Though, I had a few questions after looking through the Mazda OEM parts catalog for Protege's:

1.) The catalog showed that the endlinks for the rear are different from P5 to MSP, and of course the brackets and bushings as well. How much of a difference is there between the two different endlinks? The arms on each side of the MSP are shorter in length than the P5 ones. So, I'm assuming that the rear will want to come around quicker when entering a turn, or so I hope.

2.) The catalog also showed the front strut mounts being different from the P5 to the MSP. Is the spring swap a direct bolt-on on both the front and the rear?

3.) How much do the stock bumpstops need to be trimmed?

4.) On a different note, why the crap is the MSP rear crossmember different from the P5 one??? lol

Pretty much all I want to swap over are the springs and the rear sway bar. The front sway bar can stay stock as far as I'm concerned. Has anyone else done this swap, and if so, could you shed some light on the situation? Thanks in advance.

The rear struts on a MSP sit a little lower than the P5.
Your rear end will be lower if you use MSP springs on a P5 rear strut.

The crossmember on MSP has beefier swaybar bushing mounts so that they don't get torn out which sometimes happens when people put a thicker bar (i.e Racing Beat) on a stock P5 crossmember.

As for MSP bumpstops, I trimmed the front one by a single small "loop". The rears I left alone b/c they are stiffer and shorter than the stock P5 bumpstops.

I'd like some info on this too. If you get the MSP strut, the height should be good for the rear of the P5 correct?

What is the difference in height of the spring collars? 1"? .5"? Less?

Anyone install the springs with any spring pads that help raise it a bit? Or remove spring pad from the front to help the front match the rear?

Any info on the true height difference? It seems like a lowering of the front by 1/4 to 3/8 may bring it in line with the rear. Anyone else think it needs to go even lower than that? adjustment of the upper spring hat may be the solution.

I think I'll try this soon
