The Vibe has the Yamaha heads though... The GT has a neat engine. As nice a job as Mazda did with our chassis, the FS-DE isn't exactly mind-blowing.

Yeah, the Protege in this game is so realistically mediocre!!! Haha I just switched over to an RX8 after losing again and again with our retarted car. Does anyone else experince minor graphical clitches with the game? It's not my Ps2 or TV....but the game gets grainy for a second or two then clears up...anyone else get this?

Yep I get that too. It also seems to like to jitter on still screens.

uhhh, those screenshots are horrible quality, this proves gt4 justice. and the ps2 puts out awesome graphics for being what it is, a lot better then ANY racing game on xbox, even forza.

this game will be better when the ps3 comes out with the better graphics hardware to run this game, i am sure the newer ps2 would play it better, i gota Vrs. 10, ill see friday if it makes a differance..

...Why would a newer PS2 play a game better exactly? I believe you are talking about graphics here, right?

loading is faster, so i am guess that since it loads faster it can get the graphics better cause it doesnt have to wiat for the file..
i have it right now and i am not having any problem with the fuzzyness and the graphics are sweet..

well, i had enough for the protege 24k credits protege is 18

but i saw a used 99 Rx7 with 39k miles on it for 12k.. couldnt pass it up, i need 1000 more dollars and i am putting the stage 2 turbo on it..

Here is a hint to all, when you buy a used car, change the oil..
and i dont know if its the same as gt3 but in gt3 when you buy a new car change the oil and you should get a few more hp out of it
