MSP getting some more upgrades!!!

Pretty soon you wont be able to see out the window but you'll know what every part of your car is doing :)

But it all looks very very good. More and more like a NASA console.

haha, hopefully sooner than later.;) I am getting leadfoot's bezel and adding a fuel pressure gauge and a real coolant temp gauge. Both will be c2 autometer.:)

go with greddy or stewart warner... matching gauges are over rated. :D j/k i've always admired your setup. can't wait for dyno numbers once it's all said and done.

Ooh sounds like a good plan. With all your mods it will be nice to have all those little gauges to check on. And the HP numbers will be interesting indeed but I'm waiting to see a 1/4 mi time and how drivable it really is. I know a lot of people on here (like me) would like a 300+ hp daily driver that handles like a RC car. I look forward to seeing your results.

GOOD LUCK AS ALWAYS!! (nana)

Some new night pics:

The needle on the EL2 gauges is always lit, so this is what it looks like with my headlights turned off at night. It has a really cool almost firey glow to it:

Took me about 3/4 h to go trough the whole thread and looking at the pictures of your setup.

You've done an amazing job (omg). From what I've seen on mazda forums so far, you're the only one that took the time to tune the EFI before cranking up the boost. Very safe and efficient IMO.

Easy now, I realize how silly the statement was that I am the only one tuning, but don't start a pissing match between what I am doing and what you are doing. I have always had nothing but respect for you and what you are doing with your car.(hippy)

Definetly no disrespect meant to anyone. I've always respected how yours is coming along also, even though you won't race it...lol.(something about really high alt. and stock tires, lol.)

I think we basically have the same plan and goal for this car, except going about it two different manners. Even though I still want a match race lol.

Cool man, that's what I figured but someone not in the know might take that the wrong way and turn this thread downhill.:)

Like I said, I really respect how fast you have made your car without changing a lot of the stock parts... you are also obviously a VERY good driver to get the times that you have.(drinks)

Oh BTW, I know it isn't as good as a timeslip, but I beat a bottle fed integra type-r last weekend, he claims that he runs low to mid 13's in it when he isn't up here in the mountains. I pulled a full car on him by the end of third from a stop... I was holding 17psi though.(sssh)

Are you still on the stock turbo or did you put the rs in? 17psi.....damn. I ran 18 once and I could hear rocks being thrown at the engine???? not sure what that was lol.

Still on the stock turbo. I am waiting for some TurboHoses couplers so I can modify the intake and get it hooked up to the 3" compressor inlet on the RS. I was spiking to 19psi and holding 17 solid. I have tons of timing pulled, and I am adding huge amounts of fuel with the extra injectors. No audible detonation at all.:)

cool

Hows that pull ? hahahhahahah WHat have you raced on the streets with the 17 psi .

Hey 505 when you swap the turbos can you please take a pic of the 2 turbos next to each other just so i can get an idea on the size difference..

Thanks,
Matt
