I know you need longer studs for the AWR pan and have also read that some guys just use some Permatex Ultra Grey silicone and no gasket and no problems. That's what I have on my stock pan! Good stuff!

i used the stock bolts w/o any issue. I used some thick black goup (can't remember what it's called...) to seal it to the block.

unfortunately it may get worse...this type of stuff, never smooth. At least from my experience. Talk to you this weekend.
Okay, here is the deal with the car as it sits now. I'm still on the stock turbo but should getting my SC61 back along with the mani and downpipe really soon. Brach built me a vband downpipe and welded a vband clamp to the turbine, can't wait to see how it all turns out.
Stayed tuned for my dyno. I would like to tune at 15psi, hopefully will see some nice numbers possibly around 355whp..

yea unfortunately i had to sell them, which sucks because really wanted to use them. I was planning on welding on a T3 flange to the manifold and a large T3/T4 flange to the downpipe, but we ran into a lot of fitment issues at the time with the bigger SC61 turbocharger. It would have required a lot of custom work to make it fit plus I want to run external wastegate. The good thing is that I found a Thumper manifold and a v-band downpipe too which should hopefully be arriving this week!
I got my turbo back from precision yesterday, they rebuilt it and I now have a 1 year warrenty.
I had a vband style clamp welded to the turbine to work with the downpipe. Looks great and will make life easier when I have to take everything apart.
My tubular stainless steel manifold should be here next week. Once i get it , I'm taking the car back to Apex Automotive to get everything installed!
I might get the compressor housing re-coated or maybe polished, but honestly it looks pretty good being that its a 4year old turbo.(boom01)

Haha, believe me fredo I wanted to get this done months ago. Tell Brach to send me the manifold then I can finish it. As of right now I haven't heard anything from him
Once I get it I can put the turbo on and dyno tune the car with the stock msp intake manifold.
BRACH send me the mani so I can get this s*** finished!!
