MSCCNC Cookout and Car Show @ VIR, August 12th, 2006

I thought I would let you all know that the Mazda Sports Car Club of NC is
going to be having our annual cookout and car show at Virginia International Raceway on August 12th and we would love to have members from MazdaForums join us. We have plenty of spots open for now but registration is filling up fast.

The $15 entry fee includes entry to the track and much more:
* Entry to the track on Sunday if desired (entry for Saturday and Sunday
costs $20)
* Dinner
* Giveaways
* Raffle entry for nearing $500 in prizes

If you want a T-shirt and want to pick it up at the event, July 30th is probably going to be the cut-off for that.

We are planning on mailing out tickets the weekend before if folks don't come by our club meeting to pick them up on August 4th. We may be able to accomodate registration after that date but we haven't planned for it.

Register as soon you know you can make it and we'll post an update when we figure out the actual deadline.

Registration will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, August 11 (we will need to purchase and prep food that evening). We will still accept orders for T-shirts through Friday. It is highly encouraged that you register as soon as possible!
