Its pretty easy...just double side tape. Spray some goo gone on there, let it sit for 5-10 mins and it comes right off. Good luck

No harm to the paint? Did you wash and wax immediately after?
Also, how do the rx-8's look at stock height? I know I won't be ballin' out of control like you seem to be, but maybe I'll get close.
This look almost makes me want to do a total debadge (except for the front emblem).

No harm to the paint at all. I jut rinsed it after and spayed some quick detail wax on there to clean it up. Trust me its a cinch. The goo gone basically deactivates the stickiness of the tape.
I dont know how they look at stock, I installed them after my suspension work. Me balling? lolll...nah man, I was the first one to buy the BCs so I got them at an extremely low price for being the guniea pig.
I too have thought about removing the back emblem, but there is more involved in that since there are holes behind that one. Good luck
