MS3 keys.........

I have an 08 MS3, and the FCC ID is KPU41794...I did a bit of research and the switchblade keys have an ID of KPU41788 (at least for the US). Not sure if the insides can be switched over to a switchblade key or not...

ahem to that, incognito. to be honest, our key feels cheap. the metal portion looks like it was pressed out by a 3rd grader. it's a stupid little nitpick, but i want me a switch-blade key that works, dammit! :O

My standard key works just fine for me. I don't want some switchblade key that will cost me $xxx to replace if I lose/break it.

Hey, if the switchblade key works for the MS3 and is less than 70 bucks, I'll take it!

My mom has a Mazda 6 and she has the switchblade and everytime I borrowed her car, I always play with the switchblade. So much fun!

ill look into tomarrow.. the key part, switch blade will work, but i have to look at all our different remotes to make sure the FCC IDs match up.. if so ill get you guys a price for what we will sell them them for.. im sure it will be more than 75, but i can find out what remote matches and you can then find it on ebay for ALOT less and i can sell you blank replacment mazda blades for the key part.. then you will have to have the transponder programmed to your car, i have instructions for the remote part.. ill let you guys know what i come up with.. -jason

so only one looks like it matches up.. mazda 5 van or somthing so far.. does anyone have any different #s than posted before..i have three different numbers for the flip key remotes, non match the mazda 3 as of yet or my p5, i tested them (tried to program them) on my p5 today just to make sure,i got nothing..we did just start getting the mazda flip keys in, so ill keep and eye out for more.. oh and looks like one of the flips MIGHT work with one of the mazda smart keys as well, only lock and unlock.. id have to test that..

What? People do want the keys, but so far they don't work on the us ms3's.
