Ms3 Gv Lip

Looks good.

Is it lowered? If so, on what?

lowering is the first thing I wanted to do to the car but it is still nto done yet. I cannot decide out of the many many brands of springs out there which ones I want. So the car is not lowered in the pics. But I will most likely be shelling out way too much money to buy H&R springs and have to wait until they come off national backorder before places have them in stock for sale.

I was looking at Cobb because of the 1 inch drop so no real fear of blowing factory struts. I love the look of H&R but at 1.3 I've heard of people blowing stuts. I may be getting roadmagnet though, it's only 1.1 but for some reason looks quite a bit more aggressive than the cobb, but it might be me

the pg.com website has roadmagnet in stock right now for $240 shipped. I cannot believe its only 1.1 drop since it looks much lower and looks like a sweet drop! This car honestly needs at least a 2-inch drop and it will look badass, too bad anything close to 2-inch for a drop messes up the damn shocks... tisk tisk. Or else i would get sportlines, or ebay knockoffs at 1.5-1.9 drop and call it a day!

They both look (and perform) well, but for some reason, you're right, the road magnet look more than one tenth of an inch lower than cobb.....

actually unoriginaluser's looks like he got a nice drop from the cobb!!!(rockon)

amen, the road magnet looks much lower. I have a set of used H&R lined up so I will probably go with those. I cannot see why some springs cost well over $200 tho! Seems outrageous. I would prefer to spend around $100 or less on some springs. Ive bought ebay knockoffs before and they performed well over time. Dropzone cost me $80 for my wife's jetta and it gave a 2.0 drop and shocks and everythign still holding strong and it has been since last October.... I wonder if the MS3 would hold up as well. All this talk of springs blowing out if you drop over 1.4 inches n all, the Jetta holds strong, maybe the MS3 would also hold up and not blow out

well, since I've only heard a few people majorly blowing them early, grab some mazda 3 coilovers from ebay and see what you can do!!
