Welcome, Dark, and check out the South-Central regional boards from the start page here. You'll find most of what you're looking for there......
Well welcome, young'un... and congrats on your obviously new ride and probably first car. Manual (MTX,) or automatic (ATX?)Az Mazda Driver said:hmmm well i think im the baby here im 17 years of age....
Ooooo! 'Sorry to hear that. I worked for BB for five weeks and couldn't take the total stupidity anymore. I ended up walking out. Now, I don't even shop there, and refuse to give them any of my money.Az Mazda Driver said:...and i work at best buy

She is a year old, we got her from a shelter when she was 4 weeks old. She is an absolute terror, my wife and I have seriously put off having kids a little longer after seeing all the work it takes to have a puppy! Great dog, I wouldn't trade her for the world.![]()

Evo Scooter said:Relax, Rich kids get Ferraris or Saleen Mustangs (Cuban Ferraris). The fact that you have a 3 means you either have parents who busted their buns or like you, someone who worked for it themselves. It's always a good feeling to know you earned something all on your own. As long as you appreciate what you have it's all good. Some people have everything and they are never happy. I feel pity for those people.
bbrich57 said:I was just commenting (joking, really) that he seemed a bit touchy on the subject, and rightfully so. I'm sure others have accused him of having "Mommy and Daddy" buy him a car. It's a common "issue" these days. Ppl have forgotten that driving is a privilage and it's thought that you can't survive in most parts of this country unless you drive, which in most cases is true. But all too often it's the privilage is taken for granted.
But I +1 everything else you said!
Az Mazda Driver said:yeah lol but I live in Scottsdale aka Snottsdale cause most kids down here drive escalades and beamers which they havent event put in anymoney contributing to the car
Evo Scooter said:Just a little reassurance... Today's kids seem even crueler than in my day so I figure a little kudos is good for one who appreciates what one has. Like the guy says, he lives in "Snottsdale". I'm sure kids from there can be downright NASTY. So reassurance from his fellow Mazda owners may help him keep his chin up.
Besides, I am so sick and tired of people who think they are God's gift to anything. When I see someone like this kid I damn near want to adopt him. He would be my 2nd adopted son.

You and I are communicating, and not... I think we are saying the same thing, but somehow missing each other... except the adaption part. Hell, I don't need no more rug-rats, not even ones from "Snottsdale," running 'round the house. It's just the wife and I and that's OK w/me. (lol)
Oh, as far as kids being crueler, it could be the case. It certainly seems that way to me too. But it could be that you and I are just getting older and the world looks different now.
