hehe, its what it reads as...

you do your base layers and let them dry.. then you tape off the sourrounding areas (would be easier in a mitsubishi ) then spray in that area.. the paint itself will be higher than the paint below it... hence you will have raisedup letters, that only appear at certain angles, not all the time

you could also do it, by putting sticker down, and just never removing it, but i dunno how that would go
