OxGREGGIExO,
do not pay attention to some of the rude people on this and other boards. People behind a PC screen act the same way as when they are behind the wheel, RUDE! I experience some rude answers myself, but I don't let it get to me.
To answer your questions,

1.- Injen CAI, or build your own for a fraction of the cost using a K&N drop in filter an 2" hose.

2.- Assuming you have a MP3, you already have a nice muffler. Just have a muffler shop build you a 2.25" dia. pipe and remove the 2nd cat.

3.- Ground Control coilover, but they are price. they rice way to do it is cutting the springs but I do not recommend it. Also, a frincd of mine bought of type of clamps at Autozone that lower the car up to 0.75" for just $1 each/ that is a very way to do it!

4.- Wait for the Beji kit.

We're not being rude, we're just trying to get people to actually use the search function for the board.

As far as an intake goes, if you're not really concerned with looks. Just by a drop in K&N. It will yield you more torque on the bottom end, but you won't get as much HP or Torque on the top end as a CAI.

For an exhaust, again if you're happy with the looks of the factory Racing Beat muffler then get better piping. I honestly think that Skunk2, JIC Magic, or Bosal look a hell of a lot better than the factory piece.
