I'd put a cap on your chimney so racoons and opossums can't make it a home this winter. Clean out your gutters while you are up there, the back ones look kinda full. Have you thought about a water feature for your backyard? Maybe a Koi pond with a small, yet soothing waterfall or fountain? It would add a lot to your backyard bbqs. The tree in your front yard is dropping a branch, I'd get it trimmed up so it doesn't catch disease.
