To each his own, but with something like this, from a distance I think "hm, he's got a black gas cap, he must have damaged the original one and not gotten the replacement painted." Then I get closer, see the carbon fiber, and think, "oh, never mind, random carbon replacement part, I guess he's into that sort of thing." I don't know, it just looks silly to me.

i like it man. i think it blends with the car b/c it accents the tail lights. so from the angle of this pic it looks good. i plan on gettin one for my car some time
