More bushings and swaybar chatter

Alright, I can see that a ton of you know your cars in and out. I just bought mine 3 days ago and of course have the sqeaking and clunking. Now, what's a kid to do about these problems if he doesn't know a bushing from a hockey stick? I'm utterly clueless as to what everyone is talking about and I'm not afraid to say it. I definitely won't be able to do any installation myself. What I'm getting from all these posts is that i need to do some sort of tune up on my bushings or buy new ones. Don't have a clue what to do about the swaybar or what involvement said swaybar has to do with the awful sounds.

I love this car but hate to hear it cry (squeak and clang). what can i do? where can I go? Please help....pleasssseeee
