screw the sound go with the hp!!!!!!!!! hehehhe... nah i don't blame you... i have done...am doing...a lot of audio work before i do much perf work... with these cars so new the aftermarked isn't cheap, but the audio aftermarked doesn't care about what car you have (to a point) and there is a lot more choices and comp for reasonable prices....
btw... my sri is home waiting for me... it came in while i was at work... whooohoooo!!

opened mine up last night... hopefully going to install it tomorrow... quality looks great and i am very happy with the way it looks and the cf looks so sweet!!!

I just hit 200 miles using a little less than half a tank. The driving was mostly highway but I spent at least 2 hours in New York city stop and go traffic as well. I have never hit over 160 on half a tank before. I figure with the driving I did I got about 31 mpg and I was driving harder than usual because of the fun factor with the new intake. I would say a definite improvement in gas mileage maybe as much as 5 mpg or a 15-20% improvement. I'll update when the tank is empty.

finaly installed mine today.... the directions that were posted kinda sucked, it took me a bit over an hour mostly b/c of the damn barometer gauge what a pita... anyways i like the performane and the noise is something i didnt expect to be so loud.... i don't mind it, my gf gave me that look... but f her its not her car... i am sure i will get used to it, its only noticable under a heavy throttle.... or above 4k on a normal throttle...

yeah i think you over complicated it is all..... i didn't have to drill anything out... and your pics didn't look like my baro gauge.... it didn't fit well where you have it, i may have to do some slight modifications to that brackett to get it to seat correctly...
