Howdy all. It's been a while since I've been here.

I was wondering if anyone else had trouble witht he outside mirrors not moving correctly? What I mean is, if I push the switch to move the mirror left, it moves left and down. Then I've got to stop, move it up, them continue moving it out. Right moves right and up and both outside mirrors do it. My wife's 4' 10", I'm 6' 1" so we do a lot of mirror adjusting when she drives the 3.

Is this just the way they are or should I talk to the dealer about it? It doesn't seem right, but if they're all that way I doubt there's anything to be done.

the mirror glass is attached to the mechanism by two or three ball joints. It's possible that one of them is loose and it's making it aim strangely. Assuming your car's still under warranty I'd just take it in and have them fix it.

I don't think i have that problem.....i'll check it on my car....if i don't reply then I don't have that problem....i would still suggest that you show it to the dealer....

I just picked it up from the dealer today. They checked this and some other stuff. Said mine acts like the others so it's fine.
