What about a meet on Sunday Sept. 28 around noon to watch some very nice cars parked outside "The Italian Image" (many Ferraris and Alfas) where a bunch of people will get together to see the Indianapolis F1 Grand Prix live...
Entry fee is 10 bucks but it gives you the right (besides of watching the race) to participate in a raffle for about 30% of the collected entries...
Besides, the F1 championship is hot with only 2 races to go...!

OK just an idea... maybe I had too much coffee but let me know if anyone thinks it's a good idea...

I must say I am pretty surprised to read questions from people in this thread about "no meets" and "why there isn't a club around here"...
Well, our club has been meeting for over 2 years at towers! We are the largest club in south Florida for ALL Mazdas.
JrTekSilverP5 or YellowBaggedP5, you have never approached us to introduce yourselves or shown interest in us and I am pretty sure you guys have heard of us at least once, and surely seen Mazdas at towers parked together, in the vicinity of the WRXs, Supras, RX7s etc.
AbosluteOrange, we're looking forward to you coming by some time.... likewise for Pates03, when you are in town and a meet is going on, drop by.
I have talked to JRTek on iSS before and maybe we've met at Sassy Club's picnic on Key Biscane i'm not sure, but i know you know about us. Like I know about M-Unit.
So, for the record, the Intense Performance Mazda Club of South Florida meets on the last Friday of EVERY month at the same spot at Tower Shops between 7pm and 10pm. Don't be shy, come out and meet us. We welcome all Mazdas and their owners with open arms BTW and all of you are welcome and encouraged to join our club. We are a very diverse group and currently have more than 35 permanent members. There a many perks for being a club member and our club only gets better as we grow. We also do not forget that without our members there would be no club! Its all about the love guys.
