You can get the rock guard film at any place that carries auto parts. I think I got mine at Meijer for like $15 and I used less than half of it.

Contour or Focus? I can see nothing wrong with the stock suspensions on either of those. If Chris is doing it in a stock Fusion, you can bring your car!

Crap!!

Well, it's a good thing I have a choice of two cars I can drive on this thing. Just got done putting my summers back on and discovered that BOTH of my front springs are broken (Eibach Pro-Kit, installed 6-14-04, about 72k miles on the springs. (yupnope)
No way in hell I'll be able to get it fixed by next Sat, so it looks like it's the Lotus or nothing for me. Hope the weather is decent...

The stock setup isn't that bad on CSVT's unless you have a good summer tire your runnin' on or 17" rims with some summers. I'm on stockers and bad tires, otherwise I would bring my car, and put the womp on you MSP's.(idhitit)

Yeah, weather report looks like rain at night, not during our drive. Still too early to tell IMO.

Winty, it's up to you if you wanna bring your car, but like I said before, it will have no trouble on the route. We're not asking you to pull 1g in every turn, but I think its more fun in your own car. I did it with a piddly 130hp Protege with a stock suspension a half dozen times, never complained.
