Going with megan racing isn't a total gamble IMO. They've been around long enough now and their coilover kits have a decent reputation (though not up there with h&r, bilstein, kw, etc). The 1.25"F and 1.00" rear drop should look good without being super low. Try and contact them to find out spring rate info if you can.

Man, I saw the cost.. at those prices, why not be the first?
im tempted believe me.. im just a firm believer in if its to good to be true it probably is. haha but im gonna do some research, ill report back if i decide to go this route.
i was gonna just go with H&Rs until i saw the price of these.. if it was you would you give it a shot or just go with the H&Rs and know what your getting?

Depends on your situation.. if you know you can afford to get them, or get them some time soon, I'd just say hold of to get the H&R's.
At the same time, if you think the Megan springs will do just fine for you, then you can save the extra money and spend that saved money on something else for the car!

I actually had thoughts of grabbing them a few weeks back, sent an email to megan asking about spring rates, and about a week later got a response stating 40% stiffer than stock. Though ill probably still go prokits, the megans are intruiging.

I have a set of H&r springs that I had on the car before slamming it . I will post them up in the market place , lmk if your interested .

If they are actually 40% stiffer than stock front and rear, that would make them the stiffest spring option available. I would definately consider swapping my racing beat springs out for the megans when I get around to doing the CS adjustable dampers. I could probably sell the RB's for what the megans cost and come out even.
And as a side note, they are probably a little too firm for the OE dampers to handle.
I sent an email out to MR, hopefully they'll confirm the info that genericmoniker posted. I also asked about ride height as there seems to be some inconsistent info on the net when I searched.
In my experience, its the dampers and not the springs that seem to have the biggest effect on ride quality. Even when going up 100% or more on spring rates, a nice damper can keep the ride decent. Although I think once you approach 250-300% stiffer there's not much hope for a comfy ride.

I thought 40% would be quite a drastic bump in spring rates. Combined with the shop being closed that weekend I passed on the springs. Although I may explore the option further down the road.

The decision to steer clear was based on still using the OE dampers for the forseeable future, atleast (hopefully) for another 60k. Which is pretty much why I'm still leaning towards some Eibachs, which I'm sure will pair well with the CS adjustable dampers.
And how much spring can the CS dampers comfortably handle?
I had a set of Megans on my MS6 for a summer. They were fine with just me in the car. The drop was great, the handling was good, even with stock shocks. However, add a weekends worth of luggage into the trunk and that all changed. They would sag to the point of riding on the bump stops (which had already been cut down). I had to remove them because the ride became intolerable with passengers in the back or luggage in the trunk. Anyway, that was the MS6 kit and it was 6 years ago. I'm not the only one that complained about that particular kit...but I won't make that mistake again.
