Well the bucking is probably fuel cut. Are you triple sure the vacuum lines are fine, particularly the one that goes to the bov/wastegate? They have been known to become brittle and crack. You'd have to check along the whole length of them, from intake manifold to T-fitting, to BPV, and to wastegate actuator. You could even try disconnecting the manifold side of the line and blowing in it to see if it holds pressure. It's probably easier to simply replace them than to do a thorough check. If it's not them then I'd say you need a new wastegate actuator, but I've not heard of one failing ever.
Meanwhile I'd lay off the boost until you get this figured out before you blow your engine. BTW, what do you mean two spark plugs were "blown"?
