How does one go about installing a stock mazdaspeed3 catback on the mazda3 sedan?

Yeah, there is some cutting and welding to do to make this fit correctly.

So you cut the stock exhaust at the second cat, weld the ms3 exhaust on, and then extend the tip 1.5"? how much would that cost to do at a shop?
