I have an idea may interest you, you put a pre-turbo cooler, its the stackplate type transmission oil cooler, put it inline before the turbo oil inlet line.
Something like this? In-line cooler

I have an idea may interest you, you put a pre-turbo cooler, its the stackplate type transmission oil cooler, put it inline before the turbo oil inlet line.
well the reason its so efficient is because it has THOUSANDS of .3mm fins that create a sa 5 times that of a equal size oil cooler.
idk know enough about it, just putting it out there has an idea.
What are your water temps?
Where is your water temp sensor? That's a bit high, but I don't think the turbo is the issue if its only adding 5*F to the equation between idle and boosting.
Get a low temp thermostat, or since you're in sunny Spain, run without one altogether!
For anyone considering an oil cooler, the stock MSP one is VERY EFFECTIVE I dropped 45*F on my oil temps with it (when combined with the AWR pan.) Also, consider adding some cooling fins to your pan if you wanna go really nuts. HKS makes some nice ones.
unless I'm misintrepting, basically a heat sink you attach to the oil pan...oil cooling fins??? Thats a first... i can only find oil coolers so I'm not to sure what your talking about.
