Mazdaspeed Springs?

I need to know if anyone has mazdaspeed lowering springs installed on their car and if they have pics of it. It is my understanding that they only lower your car somewhere from 3/4" to a little over an inch. I need to know if it is even noticable for looks, because im sure you can noticve the handling difference. And I also need to know where to get them for cheap because the cheapest i found them for is 265 shipped from mazdastuff.com.

Correct, the MSP springs are about 27% stiffer and will drop a P5 about 3/4 of an inch. Check the for sale section of this board or even try another board. There is always a set for sale.

As for looks, it's really subtle (which is what I like) so to most people it won't be noticeable. To car enthusiest it might be.

Springs have nothing to do with the end links on the sway bar. They attach to the strut housing on the MP3/MSP...And on the Protege 5 I thought it connected higher up.

It certainly does not attach to the spring, nor should the spring impact that what so ever.

I have the Racing Beat springs and the stock struts, he has the Racing Beat springs and Mazdaspeed struts. Mine rides a good 3/4 to an inch lower

Not a clue, all of the endlinks broke on my brothers car within 3 days of having them on the car, that and the springs just didnt seem to sit right

What's wrong with spending a little more to get something like a Tien or other companys product that was designed for the application. They aren't really that expensive and if you are going to go through the whole ordeal to change them, why not do it right?
