mazdaspeed paint job ideas plzz

you know I just cant hold this back most of us here that are giving u hard time are doing so well because we dont believe you. I dont want to a jerk about it but you come in here talking about how you are going to some huge project for your engine and now u r talking about how u r going to be repainting the whole car....honestly if you do so that would be pretty cool, i know a couple of younger dude around here that have built some really nice cars...but honestly we wont believe u until there is of course proof. so i think i speak for everyone that has given u a hard time. get some pics of the parts u r putting together and then we may just lighten up a bit ;)

hey nice blacked out speed walti, haha and im almost positive im gonna do it, since im not gonna do the build until after a couple work terms, im gonna do the paint on it
 
and go for the satin silver man, looks bad ass, unless ur gonna wait to see how mine turns out haha
 
i dont know why you guys are givin the dude so much s***...really, if he wants to mod the hell out of his car. by all means. go for it. if he wants to paint it. go for it. it would look sick. and after its modded to hell an back and the car takes a big s*** on him. then you can give the d00d s***. the car looks nice now btw. im not big on blacked out cars. but it looks good.

and NCZ13, im downloading photoshop as we speak and ill read some tutorials on how to change car paint.. so once thats up and running ill throw some on here of previews
 
Personally bro, if it is the fact of going to school and parkin next to a bunch a d-bags, I would hold off painting until you graduate. I cant think of anything that would piss me off more than spending 3 stacks on a sweet paintjob and having some renobs in the school lot **** it up.

I say redirect those funds into other items on your christmas list and hold off until you graduate..... or just start parking in the middle of nowhere, where no one will care if you park across a couple spots (if that's an option)

Let's face it guys (and possibly ladies)....we're all probably a bunch of cocky ass-holes to varying degrees.

Personally.... wherever I go I park as far away from 'the sheep' as possible and take up multiple space. Kinda sucks having to walk that much further, but that's the price you pay for loving your car and feeling compeled to maintain that 'flawless' look.

As long as it's not in a high traffic area of a parking lot, my experience says paople really dont care. You might get those people that see it and talk amongst themselves about how arrogant you are or 'who does he think he is' but if your parked your not around hear em.. so I dont give two farts in a wind storm. Plus we already know you're a cocky asshole so whatever right....lol!!!

Now mind you I have come out to see notes under the wipers of the variety of "who do you think you are" or "you in considerate asshole" or whatever. But that was mostly in an unfamiliar parking lot that I didnt anticipate filling up all the way to the back where I was... ex, during x-mas at the mall.

On a side note, other 'car guys' give ya crazy respect and do the same thing right next to you which kind of legitamizes the whole thing.

Knock on wood, I've never had anyone go so far as to vandalize my ride for this. Worst that ever happened was gum on my windsheild (oooooh) and stolen valve stem caps. Not alot of people are ballsy enough to openly vandalize your ride... and worst case scenario they key your car or kick a huge dent in it= insurance claim and maybe your paintjob at deep discount.... just remember if they only key one side, key the other yourself while no one is lookin and before the cops get there to get your report......hehehe... ok kidding on that one!?!?!?!
 
haha and im not cocky! but yeah man, when i do the paint, since itll be so differnt im gonna be so conscience about it. its gonna be ridiculous
 
Makes sense. while I disagree with spending the money on the paint job, there's no denying if it's done propertly that'll look great
