So you guys honestly think oil all the way down on the other side of the intake is going to get sucked up into the MAF and ruin it? Ive heard having a freashly oiled filter right next to the MAF may cause it to error, then you yank it out and clean it with rubbing alcohol and its fine. You obviously dont want to over oil the filter when you clean it. And honestly the splash gaurd dosent seem necessary either, what water is really going to get sucked all the way up there? Anyone had any problems with their K&N panel filters??? I havent, and I bought the Injen for $210 shipped, good deal to me...
