Your car will shudder like a mofo and feel like it's going to shake apart... or at least mine does (ugh) Trust me, you'll know it if/when you feel it.

It seems like I'm hearing nothing but bad things about the spec clutches. I'll make sure to get the mazdaspeed when it's time to change mine.

yeah really bad shaking, with mine in reverse especially bad. It does it a little into first too and then when down shifting. The good news is if i ever need to do a burn out i can rev it up to 6-7k rpms and just dump it and i know the clutch will hold up.lol.

ssinstaller- i would definately go with the mazdaspeed clutch. i posted sumthin over in the protege section askin about the spec/fidanza setups and alot of people disliked the spec cutches. I wish i would have known that before i got mine. Theres $800 down the drain.

also if it ever got too bad with my car ive got a brand new OEM clutch and FW sittin at my shop so i could swap it over in a weekend.
