well i know most of u prob already now but the next mazdaspeed is the 6!!!! mazda rep came to work friday and was telling me about it!!! awd,270hp mazda 6 man i cant wait!!! 30g's is the only bad news, i will keep my lil ole mazdaspeed protege (second)

its a TT 4 banger with a 2.3L motor... makes for some great spool up time with some small turbos and if done right (like they have) its awesome... and looks like a sleeper too

nothing, thats 200 lbs lighter than my car... but i just up the PSI and call it a day lol

mine is 3,226 stock

as soon as i take out the interior that i don't need like (passenger seat, back seats, and spare) i should be about 200 lbs lighter.

It doesn't exactly look like a sleeper. Looks like an accord and a whale shark had babies with mazda headlights.

And btw...this news came out in 2002..you guys know that right? (I think everyone just forgot) I wouldn't get any hopes up for an 05 release...I could see a late 05 (06 model year) release though.

Personaly I'd order a mazda 6 sport front bumper and cut it if I had issues with the fmic. Of corse shave the Mazdaspeed badge and put the 2.3 badges on. then it's a sleeper with rims(sssh)
