Mazda5 Roof Rack Question

I just had a roof rack installed on my Mazda5 by my local Mazda dealer. Does anyone know what you use to cover the screw hole openings when you are not driving with the roof rack on? Should the dealer have provided me with some type of small replacement covers?

There are covers on there from the factory, so yes they should have given those back to you.
