MAZDA3 Incentives

Hi Guys~

I'm in the market for a new car. I'm definitely interested in the Mazda3s (fully loaded w/navigation). Is there anyone here that might have an idea when Mazda might offer lower APR rates? Any dealers? The 3 is currently at 3.9%. I'm looking for maybe 1.9% with excellant credit history. Not that 3.9 is bad I'm just looking for the best deal possible. I'm not necessarily in a hurry, I can purchase the car today or two months from now, as long as the deal is good. When do the 2005 models hit the dealerships? The closer to the 2005 model year - the better offers to work with, right?

Also, do you guys think Mazda will offer 0% financing on the Mazda 6 again (I wasn't in the market when the offer was ongoing). I can go with the 6, too. (flash)

Thanks!

they are offering 0% with the 6 right now i believe. may be for just 3 years though, can't remember.

Watch out. Sometimes auto manufacturer's charge a fee to "buy down" your interest rate. Just be careful and negotiate the price of the car -- not the payment. Compare financing options with credit unions and banks. I was able to find 2.9% from a credit union without any fees or anything and my dealer couldn't beat it. At that point we had already negotiated the price of the car so they couldn't jack that up.

This is all good info...

Unfortunately I don't think there will be incentives on the 3. They are sellin to well w/o the incentives. The 6 though is still 0.9% at my dealer now.

If you like both the 6 and 3 equally and really want the best deal on the rate, get the 6. Like others here are saying, the 3 is selling too well without incentives, but they can't give 6's away.

Depending on your local area, dealerships may or may not have '04 3's sitting on the lot when the '05 3's start coming in. You might want to wait a few months to see how it goes.

I wouldnt expect to many incentives on purchasing the 3 since its out selling production. Also, in looking for one that is fully loaded expect a long wait, navigation is less than a dime a dozen. I highly recommend the car though, keep in mind this car is made in japan, if you get the v6 mazda 6 i know quite a few of the parts are ford if i recall correctly
