Yea it brought down the noise level inside the cabin, you take off the carpet and lay it down then reinstall the carpet on top.

Dynomat is a product used for stereo's the make the sound cleaner, it just brings down the sound levels inside the cabin..

A slight, better throttle response. I think really no hp gains. The "A" pipe and the 2 cats is what is restricting the hp. That dam cast iron mani too.

It's more asthetic and noise than anything. Plus it beats looking at that dinky little tube that comes with the car. Another good thing is it's not a cantalope launcher tip like other vehicles.
