Totally didn't make any sense at all, lol.

As for that car/scooter crash, looked like a Lynx to me, basically a Protege that I think was sold in southeast Asia and Australia. That video has been floating around for a while. The guy on the scooter got hammered!!

new hood, fender, headlight, bumper cover, windshield, headliner, fender liner, body work on the roof to make it straight and clean again. paint and clear all the new parts. and there are a bunch of other little things.

the pictures dont really show enough, cause the roof was pushed in a bit where it meets the windshield and it was rippled back a good bit, few dents in there too. the corner where the headlight is got pushed in a tiny bit too. so that needs to be fixed as well. it was a pretty big list. but hey, 500 dollar deductible for all this work. im cool with that. s*** will come back looking so clean.

does anyone know if the protege bumpers come with or without the plate holes when you order a new one?

i told the shop to not mount the front plate is it came and there were no holes. i dont want them screwing the plate into the bumper, trying to go for the clean look.

anyone?

Not sure if they do or not? If they do, they can be easily filled. If not, just order a side plate mount from EBay?

here is a few pics of my 2003 Mazda Etude(what the Protege is called in South Africa).

I recently bought this car so nothing been done to it as anything remotly viable to customize the car is few and far between around our part of the world.

But i am keen on getting some cool stuff done to it... watch this space.
