mazda mp3 intake question..plz read!!!

these after market headers look stock...right...becasue most of the ones i found look stock...not like the hondas after market headers...

Check out the links, the wagners look mostly stock. The essential speed ones look a little wierd. But both these headers keep the stock cat so you don't have to worry about a CEL or failing emisson testing.

no....the p5 one is too long i believe...there are ones for the sedan though

what do you mean sedan exhaust...he just wants an axle back exhaust for the 2003 protege...sedan...becasue the car is only 4000 miles...and the pipes are still in top condition....do you think you can find any axle back exhaust???

yeah you can...but u can also get a whole new exhaust...u said exhaust system, lol, thats why we asked what kind

mazda sells a racing beat performance one as well (and captainkrm can hook u up on that as well)

the piping is fine...but if he were to buy a whole new catback exhaust, it would show improvements...all up to him, and what he wants to spend

kool...sorry for the miss understanding...he wanted an exhaust system....but the pipes are still new...so i asked him if he wanted an axle back which is cheeper...but i don't know if it will give the car better performance....

sedan = four door car, wagon = hatchback like p5. thats what i was trying to get at meaning that the two car's exhaust setups are different.

check out this site for all the details on thier Streetpower Axleback systems. It has a 4 inch round angle cut tip so I imagine that the sound is pretty nice to it.
