Mazda DOES CARE

I guess after feeling the issue today, you can understand why we have said concerns. I just don't understand how some people don't feel it. Jesse does, and I did before the INJEN, but Yash thinks he doesn't have it at all, and Slug say he very rarely notices it. I'll write an email to my service department tomorrow to address the problem with them. The more records they have the more hard pressed they will be to fix it, I think!

I do not have what has been described in the forum as "The hesistation." I do have on occasion a slight pulse under WOT which is uncool but it dosen't happen very often. My car is perhaps less sticken but it in no way approaches the negative severity of the experiences that most of you have had. Most seem to be ok during WOT but that is where my car pulses so it would seem that Mazda figured out a way to **** the car up in a duplicitous fashion. Oh yeah! So maybe a magic flash is around the corner to mal-tune our cars in complete unison.:p

thanks for all the dedication and the link, but i don't see where it says jeff haas is working on the fix. i think shawn would have posted something, as he owns a msp now too, if they were involved. maybe i missed something...

Thanks Boost,

How come if he's in Houston, his location says Puerto Rico?

Britt

So did they say Jeff Haas/Mazdaformance is working on the fix? I just don't see where Brian said Jeff Haas or Mazdaformance were working on this for MNA... like I said, I guess I'm just missing something here..

negative. msp ecu is programmed (badly ;) ) for boost. mp3s want to swap with the p5s because the advanced timing of the mp3 ecus is bad for boost.

News About The Msp Eng Problem
Not yet...they are working on this problem. We expect to hear something within the next 30 days . But if the fix affects the Emissions output to a large degree than the fix will be about 60 days from now.

That is what we have heard so far.

It nowhere says that Jeff Haas is working on the fix, it says, THEY(meaning Mazda NA) is workin on the fix. Where did you get that Mazdaformance was workin on it or that JEff Haas was ? :D

Hey All,

irr5302 copied/pasted an email Brian sent to him regarding the fix. irr5302 is a Mazdaspeed owner in PR.

Cheers.

Thanks Shawn for clearing that up for us lol. :D

my mistake, i mis-read one of your posts. i thought that you said jeff haas was working on it, not that they were just aware of one being worked on. i'm dumb... :crawls back under rock:
