Mazda CX-5 Antenna Cord to DIN adaptor

I have a DAB digital radio box which can be wired in such that the car antenna cord enters the box through a DIN-in and the DIN-out goes to the AM/FM antenna input on the car audio system.

However after speaking to a car electricals engineer I learnt that the car antenna would not have a DIN connection and I'd have to acquire adaptors. The supplier of these adaptors does not have a listing for the 2014 CX-5 as it's too new, so the only suggestion is for the engineer to remove the car audio system twice. Once to identify which adaptors are necessary and once after getting the adaptors to do the fitting. Basically this will cost me an extra 40.

I was wondering if there was the knowledge on these boards to be able to tell me which adaptors are needed to save me this cost!

Hoping.

You don't mention which audio system you have and I don't know the U.S. to U.K. model comparisons. I'm assuming you have the bose unit since you mention having a Nav. Metraonline.com shows the adapters you'll require, which appear to be the same ones that 2005> Hondas use

Yes, same as Hondas. I guess you'll need both of these:

As with most such questions as this, a quick google search would answer you: https://www.google.com/search?q=mazda+cx-5+antenna+adapter

I appreciate that google could have been my friend, but I wasn't confident enough about variations etc. Especially given that both the car engineer and his supplier had thrown their hands up.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
