Only if you are using a T3 turbo or another turbo utilizing a T3 flange. It will not work on a the stock msp set up.

I'd also say stay sway from ebay brands like OBX and SSAC there manis are usually made of very thin wall metals and are prone to crack...that manifold seems to be vry poorly designed also, wastegate placement is poor and there is no real collector seems like the outside 2 cylinders are forced to pulse against each other...
