Manifold Comparison - PG and DNP

So a few of us installed manifolds this weekend. Two of us had DNP manis and one person had the PG. Here are some side by side shots. It appears that the tubes of the PG are significantly longer than the DNP. Welds are nice on both. The bracing is significantly different. The DNP is noticeably heavier than the PG despite the longer tube length. This may be due to the larger bracing or material type.

The DNP has the black painted flanges. It appears that one manifold bolt hole is not used on the PG manifold. This is apparent in pic 3.

Thanks for the comparo! I was under the impression that the PG would actually be smaller, since I didn't think the DNP fit the MS3. Has anyone tried it?

hope nobody minds if i chime in here.

we went with longer runners to make them more 'equal length'. on tubular manifolds you get that much more out of equal length runners than not. as for the missing bolt hole, we have not had any complaints about leakage or seal as a result of it.

the next batch we are getting has a revision to the runner closest to the turbo, to angle it more inward and shorten it by about a 1/4 inch. this will help ensure every TMIC and FMIC kit on the market has no problems fitting. the lifetime warranty will apply to all manifolds we have sold to date.

I have had the pg manifold on for a week now and I love it. No leaks at all and completely fixed the low end on the car.
