Making Custom hood...Need input,opinions and more.

i always wanted to see a hood where the corners extend to overlap the headlights. also a different type of ram air vent.

my photoshop sux but you get the idea.

Hmmm....Very interesting....I have seen hoods for other cars like that but I had not considered it for the protege....But our car may be a great candidate for that style...I will look into it in the next few days to see how much of a reality it would be.I'll let ya know..But I like the built in eyebrow idea...Not original but a nice idea.

How bout this one?

This is the hood I am going to use for the project ,and I have had these vents lying around for ever....so I just put the two together to see what they look like.

this hood isnt bad i mean i like it but not all cars can pull it off. i have seen many cavaliers and the like use em. they arent bad but as previously posted not my cup of tea. i think for our car that design would be ok...unless its fully functional id say not do it. but good luck and i hope something sexy comes out from all of this!

yes they do, they have alot of cool stuff, some of there body kits for the 01+ are nice too..

dg best mod ever...I have raced my friend p5(with same mods except ram air) going up the Savannah bridge to see if the ram air works and my car would keep pulling smoothly through the RPM leaving him behind.

I would have liked to have finished it. but have been busy with other things, moving, planning a wedding, setting up a business, etc, you know how it goes.
