maf question?

if i go to relocate the maf it will still work on the cold pipe even if im not running a bov off of it and just using the original bpv. correct? i have corksport hoses for the side mount intercooler. I want to take the maf off of the cai and put it on the cold pipe. there shouldn't be any problems? even if im not running the dual set up with the bpv and the bov?

Anyone have any input just curious if i need to have a bov to put the maf on the cold pipe or can i just do it?

As long as bov/bpv releases before it reaches the MAF you will be fine. You can see the way a lot of peoples are setup if you search online.
