I have sprint springs on my MSP, not too bad of a ride, little bouncy but the drop is real nice. The rear wheels just tuck under the fender and the front has 0 gap. It's a 2" all around drop on the Pro, so figure for the MSP it's 1.3" all around with progressive rates. In terms of alignment, the shop I had do it was able to get the toe in/out to be perfect but the camber is still slightly off. Not enough to cause problems as they got real close to spec but not perfect. Look at it like this, unless you're going for a full coil-over setup your probably dropping the car for appearance reasons. If that's what's motivating the change then don't worry so much about being slightly off in the camber as you won't notice the difference when you're driving.
