I put on new rims ( black) on my 06 spped6 and want to lower it. The rims are same size as stock as I used original tires. Car only has 7000 miles. I want o lower some but not spen a ton of money. Suggestions ? Is it worth it?

1st off, where did you find an 06 with 7000 miles on it ? Lowering is a good thing but how much depends on the area you live in ( potholes, speed bumps, steep driveways ) and type of driving you do. I am in California and have to deal with all sorts of hazards from day to day so I only lowered about 3/4 of an in front and rear but the springs are a higher rate to improve the handling. Plus the lower you go the harder on the shocks plus camber changes..... lots to consider............

I bought new in 06. Its never seen rain or snow ,I live in CT. I changed my rims to Maxim Maze. As you can tell I don't do much driving. I want to lower a little nothing crazy.
I am always careful where I drive. Hopefully I don't had to spend a lot to accomplish this.
