Little round circle on the front bumper?

What is it? Theres a notch on it like you are supposed to pry it off and plug something into it or something. My Mazda 5 has this also.

1)Motor mount issue where the motor falls
2)Radiator fan ate one of my coolant lines so couldn't drive to the dealer
3)Other motor mount I broke when I was at the track(passenger's side)
